Eggroveg International provides a platform connecting farmers, sellers, and customers for the purchase and sale of fresh agricultural produce, including vegetables, fruits, eggs, and dried products. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Eggroveg International will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Sellers on our platform agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information about their products; (b) ensure all products meet applicable food safety and quality standards; (c) fulfill orders in a timely manner; (d) comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations; (e) not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. Eggroveg International reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these obligations.

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Eggroveg International reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors. Eggroveg International is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eggroveg International or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
